Getting started
Purpose
Section titled “Purpose”Use your organization workspace to register devices, understand their readings, and monitor results. The organization selector keeps each workspace separate.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need an invitation or membership in the organization. Your role determines which pages and actions are available.
- Choose an organization from the selector at the top of the sidebar.
- Open Device profiles to describe what a device reports, then review and publish its profile.
- Open Discovery to inspect a source, or Devices to register a device.
- In the device, configure parameter mappings, review, and activate the configuration.
- Check Measurements and History, then build a dashboard or automation when readings are arriving.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”The device has an applied configuration and readings you can inspect. A saved draft is an intermediate step; check the activation result.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If a page or button is unavailable, ask your organization administrator to check your role. A connected gateway alone does not mean a device is registered or its configuration is active.
